In order to assist with your tax filings, we maintain strong relationships with external tax consultants. We are more than happy to place you in direct contact with these companies and are happy to provide year-end portfolio accounts. Our full property maintenance service also includes regular property inspections at six month intervals with a written report and full colour photography, ongoing repairs and property maintenance, full tenancy management, property bill payments and statutory payments.

So what is included in our Property Management Service?

Our lettings service includes our fully comprehensive marketing, introducing the tenant after full referencing is completed, collecting the rent throughout the tenancy and dealing with the renewal or termination of the tenancy.
