2022 follow -up.
Many problems when tenant moved out. Very disappointed with how things were handled. Am looking for another agent in Cambridge.
The tenant sublet to many others, and stole all the cutlery, a full toolbox with wireless drill, and one bed. Also took all the mattresses.
Agent made excuses and that their original and final photographs never took any pictures of the contents of the cupboards and drawers.
Never gave us any of the deposit money or restitution.
No contact from agent after tenant moved out.
